We can produce stands even in single units of one type. Our design department guarantees appropriate exposition of a product. If necessary, it can present a 3D visualisation and provide assembly instructions.

From the beginning of its operation, Seppa has been working on using cardboard pallets for transporting and storing different types of products. We have several developed and patented designs and production technologies. Since 2010, in cooperation with the Schumacher company, we have manufactured components for cardboard pallets for IKEA. The objective of this project is to replace wooden pallets with environment-friendly cardboard pallets.

Our own designs and manufacturing technologies for pallets are the result of research and development work conducted by the company and scientific institutions connected with the paper industry. Seppa is searching for non-conventional industrial solutions, which allow to use a minimal amount of ecological resources such as papers and glues retaining very high strength parameters and low manufacturing cost.

Production is based on machines designed by Seppa. Pallet designs as well as manufacturing technologies are protected by industrial property rights submitted to the Patent Office in Poland.

Our company also specialises in manufacturing packaging made of corrugated board. Our machines allow us to manufacture in high volumes as well as fulfil individual single orders.

For digital printing, we use a plotter UV Durst RHO 700. This plotter received a gold medal at the Poznań International Fair. The print is based on a patented construction of Quadro Array heads.
